The idea was to make dips that not only taste good but also make our bellies feel good too - one that avoids the laundry list of ingredients found in store-bought dips like soybean oil, MSG and high fructose corn syrup, and artificial ingredients.  Instead, we make ours from homemade, kefir hung overnights. It's simple, easy, nourishing, and wholly probiotic.
