RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

How many days do I have to return an item?

Our commitment lies in ensuring complete customer satisfaction. If you desire to return a product, you may do so within a 48-hour period, provided the product remains unopened. However, this policy does not extend to perishable items, such as dairy-free milk, yogurt, bone broth, coffee, and the like, as they have limited shelf life and cannot be returned once purchased. If you have inadvertently ordered an item, please email our customer service within an hour, and we will cancel your order for you. 

How do I request a return? 

All return requests can be filed on our self-serve returns portal. Head to our shopping site, log into your account, enter the order number that you wish to return, and hit the return button. Once we receive your return request, we will review and process it instantly. Alternatively, you may contact our customer service team. 

Can I request a return for a damaged item? 

If your item is damaged, take a photo of the damaged item at the time of filing a return request. Once we approve the return, we will collect the damaged item from the nominated address. 

Do I need to bear the return shipping charges? 

Yes, the customer has to pay for the return shipping charges. 

What type of refund will I receive? 

Refunds will be awarded in the same mode of payment in which the original order was purchased except COD. For COD purchases, the refunds will be initiated to your bank account or settled as store credits.

When will I receive my refund? 

As soon as we receive your item, we will inspect it and initiate a refund. You may receive a refund 14 days from the time of receipt of the request. 

Will my refund include shipping costs? 

For free shipping, you will receive the entire order amount. If you chose an expedited or overnight shipping method, we will deduct the shipping cost before initiating the refund.
