Additional Information

Nettle is widely considered a natural antihistamine and can be useful in reducing the symptoms of hay fever by acting as an anti-inflammatory. Some research has also linked treatment with symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes.

Licorice Studies have shown that licorice exhibits many therapeutic effects, including anti-inflammatory, antioxidative, anti-allergenic, and antimicrobial properties

Echinacea’s brightly colored plant might be more often associated with cold and flu treatments but it can actually be beneficial for allergy sufferers too. That's because Echinacea helps to strengthen the immune system and in doing so it helps to maintain the body's resistance to allergens.

Yarrow - Used traditionally to treat colds, the flu, and fevers, yarrow can also be a useful remedy against allergic rhinitis. Its anti-microbial and anti-catarrhal actions make it an ideal herb for the respiratory system, and this natural healer also treats sinusitis and
dust allergies.

Golden seal - Goldenseal is often found in herbal remedies for hay fever (allergic rhinitis), colds, and the flu. It may help ease a sore throat, which often accompanies a cold or flu.

Red Reishi- Red Reishi mushrooms possess immunomodulating properties that can normalize a poorly functioning immune system.
Reishi mushrooms can inhibit the release of inflammatory cytokines, reducing the symptoms of an allergic reaction. Reishi mushrooms exhibit a direct antihistamine effect.

Orange peel - Histamines are the chemicals that are responsible for allergic reactions. Orange peels contain compounds that can help prevent histamine release
