- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley 1 clove minced garlic,
- 1 avocado, halved and pitted
- sea salt and pepper
- coconut oil
In a bowl, combine the chicken, onion, egg, parsley, and garlic. Add the avocado into bowl.


- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix well and shape into patties.
- Cook over medium-high heat, cook patties in coconut oil about 8–10 minutes.
